fried rice

Sometimes when I do not have much time to prepare  a dish or when we have rice left I would mix up fried rice with anything mixed in—In this case, kani/surimi sticks with shrimp and egg. I put lots of herbs and spices too namely: basil, oregano, cayenne, thyme, paprika, pepper, salt plus garlic, onion, ginger in sesame oil…lol now  I think it wasn’t really simple 😀
