I was rummaging through our bottom freezer and saw a whole package of clean squid. The picky eater husband doesn’t list squid among his favorites so I had to come up with something new…I googled! 😀
Stuffed Squid…I can only sprinkle the squid with salt but made sure the inside would be tasty. Ground pork, garlic, onion, sesame oil then sprinkled with salt, pepper, oregano, chili flakes and voila!!
