* 250g macaroni (I used spaghetti though)

* 2 tsp oil

* 1 onion, chopped

* 4 slices lean ham, chopped

* 375mL Evaporated Milk

* ½ cup water

* 1 tbsp cornflour

* 1 cup grated reduced fat tasty cheese

* 2 tomatoes, sliced

* ½ cup fresh wholemeal bread crumbs

* 2 tbsp chopped parsley

Cook pasta according to directions on packet, drain.

Heat oil in pan, add onion, cook 2 minutes. Add ham and combined Evaporated Milk, water and cornflour, bring to boil stirring. Add half the cheese and pasta, mix to combine.

Spoon mixture into an ovenproof dish. Top with tomato, sprinkle with combined bread crumbs, parsley and remaining cheese. Bake for a few minutes…
